How we help
The Variety Club is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people who need our help. We do this by raising funds for specialist minibuses, wheelchairs, sports equipment, hospital wards, and all sorts of other practical solutions that enable individuals, projects and organisations across the UK to give a wider range of opportunities to the children in their care.
How we help
The Variety Club's work falls under three broad headings
Mobility
Helping young people to get out and explore the world, whether their freedom is restricted by family finances or by an illness or disability.
Caring&Health
Improving the health and welfare of sick and disabled young people by funding specialist children’s hospital wards and responding to individual appeals for equipment
Youth&Education
Providing much-needed opportunities for education and recreation by supporting Youth Clubs and taking children on ‘Variety at Work’ trips
