AHG/MWB Groups are home to nine of Britain's best known brands including Liberty of London, Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin, the De Vere and Village Hotel chains, Greens Health and Fitness, G&J Greenall Distillery, Searcy of London and MWB Business Exchange.

The relationship with The Variety Club that began in March this year sees each brand from board room to front line staff, from customers to suppliers engaging in new and highly innovative ways to raise money for the charity as well as benefitting local communities across the UK. The long term partnership with The Variety Club, has the potential to raise millions of pounds for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people in what is one of the most ambitious and exciting collaborations in the third sector today.

Richard Balfour-Lynn

We have chosen to work with the Variety Club because we want to give back to the local communities in which we work. The Variety Club with its broad range of services are the charity best able to co-ordinate this UK-wide approach, and at same time allow all our employees, suppliers and customers to work closely with all the local children and young people that benefit from their work.

One of the most unique & appealing elements of this new partnership is the ability for money raised locally, to stay locally; being used to help local children and young people in all manner of ways from wheelchairs to life enhancing equipment, to Variety's famous Sunshine Coaches.

With branches across the country The Variety Club, celebrating its Diamond Jubilee, concentrates on giving help where help is needed right here, right now and has brought freedom, independence and hope to over one million children & young people in its sixty years.
