A Day of Christmas fun at Horseworld...

The Managing Director of Horseworld, Whitchurch, Bristol Mark Owen kindly invited 19 children and 9 carers from Elmfield School for Deaf Children and 24 children and 8 carers from Ravenswood School to visit Horseworld on Friday 11th December 2009.

The visit was arranged by Anne Keen-Arnold, Head of Appeals South West and the children were welcomed by Derek Cleverdon, Chairman South West (alias Santa) and Terry Arnold South West committee member. Mark Owen is also a committee member and PRO for the South West. The presents handed out by Father Christmas were kindly donated by John Hazard, General Manager of the Marriott Royal Hotel, Bristol. John is another member of the South West Committee.
