Von Essen and Variety Club South West organise a special Christmas Party

The party was organized by Karen Keverleigh Marketing Manager of Von Essen Hotels in association with the Meal Appeal. 11 children from The Threeways Special School, Bath attended with their carers and enjoyed a wonderful spread of sandwiches, cakes and jelly with soft drinks. They were entertained by South West Committee member Richard Seymour and his Madrich Disco, Alan & Madeleine Bills who did face painting and balloon specialities.

Also in attendance were Anne Keen-Arnold, South West Head of Appeals, her husband, committee member Terry Arnold and Derek Cleverdon, South West Chairman who also played Father Christmas and handed out presents donated by John Hazard, General Manager of the Marriott Royal Hotel, Bristol. Karen Keverleigh, Vicky Holt the organizer and all the staff were thanked by Derek for giving the children such a wonderful time.
