The latest Sunshine Coach is a replacement for one of our old coaches which had done sterling work but had many miles on the clock. The coaches are a real lifeline for our pupils as they enable them to get out and about and enjoy a variety of activities and attend courses at other colleges.

The Variety Club's relationship with East Silc goes back over 30 years and, during that period, the charity has assisted with the school with many projects including funding extensions, providing two Sunshine Coaches and supplying a range of equipment such as wheelchairs, walking frames and ‘pathfinder' computers to help children communicate.

With the fantastic generosity of companies such as Brilliant Media we are able to continue to make a difference to the lives of youngsters across our region.
