We Serve the Kids Lunch

On the Bank Holiday Monday of the convention, hundreds of the children and young people that Tent 36 supports descended onto the Royal Lancaster for a fun filled afternoon. The 'We serve the kids Lunch' gave every delegate the opportunity to meet some of the children which Variety supports in Great Britain and to 'do their bit' for them.

The 'England themed' event, organised by Marsha Rae and John Ratcliff brought children from surrounding schools, community groups and projects to The Royal Lancaster for a meal followed by entertainment, performances and games.

Thank you to everyone who sponsored a child to go to the event and to all those delegates and representatives who got stuck in to provide a wonderful experience for so many children.
