Variety Club is run largely by volunteers together with a small, high-quality team of employees based in London.
The charity is headed by the Chief Barker who is Chairman of the Crew (Variety Club’s governing council). A number of Crew members are trustees of the charity. Some selected Crew members comprise the Executive Management Committee that discusses key issues facing the charity and advises Crew on how these could best be dealt with.
