Based in the thriving City Centre of Manchester, the Variety North West office covers the area as far as Cumbria in the North to Staffordshire in the South and covering most of Lancashire and Cheshire.
Variety North West Variety are very fortunate to have the support of major corporates including HSBC, Leonard Curtis, Manchester Evening News, Granada Television, Coronation Street cast members, Livenation, Bruntwood Estates, NCP to name but a few.
Our main fundraising initiatives come from our spectacular Award dinners to international and national stars of stage, screen, music and sport. Over the last few years we have been honoured to pay tribute to The Bee Gees, Neil Sedaka, Sir Alex Ferguson CBE, Daniel O'Donnell, Jimmy Osmond, Freddie Starr, The Legends of Industry Awards and Joe Longthorne to name but a few.
The North West area has the support of many celebrity Ambassadors who we call upon to promote the good work of the North West region. We are pleased to announce that David Gest (international celebrity and producer) supports Variety North West.
The Variety North West office is supported by a fantastic committee of volunteers, each with their own Chairman including Manchester, Stoke, Bolton and Blackpool, all of whom are very pro-active in the area helping to raise many thousands of pounds whilst also raising the profile of Variety, the Children's Charity.
